DirectorMr. Jayesh Pidhadia is a promoter and whole time Director of our company. He has done his MBA(Finance) from Pune University. With rich experience in specialty chemical industry, he leads overall accounting and Finance operation of our company. He also looks entire commercial portfolio (including sales, finance and procurement.)
Mahesh Pidhadiya
DirectorMr. Mahesh Pidhadiya has long experience in varied roles of Operations, Projects, Strategic Planning and general managements. He has done his Batchlor of Chemical Engineering from DDIT, Nadiyad (Year-2009).
He has been as a Director at our company and is responsible for defining and delivering operational excellence, supply chain, business strategy and also providing overall leadership to the Valeshvar. His role as leader for Manufacturing, Projects & Lead for Indirect Procurement. He is leading Supply Chain & Manufacturing leadership team at Valeshvar. He has been known for successfully leading change management, manufacturing transformation & large turnkey projects.
He is also responsible for quality, safety, environment and overall administration of the company including HR and CSR.
Dr. Muralidhar Ingale
DirectorDr. Muralidhar Ingale is Director of our company. He holds Ph.D. in Chemistry from Institute of Chemical technology ( ICT, formerly UDCT, Mumbai) from 1995 batch. and He has 8 International publications and 4 Patents on his name. He has been awarded Alpha Innovator of the Year 2017 by ICIS, UK for his excellent process development work.
Dr. Ingale has high expertise in Chemical Process Research (APIs, Fine Chemicals & Agrochemicals), Process Optimization and Validation, Flow Chemistry, Vapor Phase chemistry, Business Development & Quality analysis. He has many success stories of executing the development of projects right from idea generation to commercialization. At Valeshvar, he is responsible for creating the overall vison of the company and actively involved in all techno commercial development.
With his long career as a Senior Process Research executive and Leadership roles in various Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals and Agrochemicals companies, Dr. Ingale provides a broad and experienced knowledge of the Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals business and Industry as well as extensive scientific and research expertise for taking the chemistry from Bench to Market successfully.
